I was not expecting a 5 star hotel nor a hotel boutique, however, there is people pretending to run a hotel when they do not have the skills. Poor managed, ragged towels, dirty rooms, not hot water, loud a/c, but the worst is the pool, it was so filthy and since it is shared by the restaurant guests, who are not always the kind of people you want to share the pool with, it makes you wonder how this hotel is still in business.

This is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing stay on the beach. Great for couples or families. Incredible views, miles of beaches, and some of the most delicious seafood I've ever eaten. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Don't miss the release of baby sea turtles into the ocean each evening around sunset. This was my second stay at Mi Casa Su Casa, and it never fails to please.

Room tip: There isn't a bad room in the place!

This was my 3rd stay in Troncones, my first at Mi Casa Es Su Casa. The staff is very friendly and was always asking if there was anything I needed. I stayed in one of their 4 private bungalows. The rooms are large and outside each bungalow has it's own private tiled patio. I found the patio to be a perfect place to relax, read, and enjoy the scenery. The hotel has a pool and open air restaurant, perfect for watching the sunset or the waves crashing onto the beach. The hotel is conveniently located close to several stores and restaurants. I look forward to returning to Mi Casa Es Su casa. It was the best vacation I've had in years.

My wife & I stayed at Mi Casa Es Su Casa in October 2013 and it was a great experience. The owners treated us like family and went above & beyond to help us in many different ways. The food was excellent, room clean and in good condition, and overall, we felt very comfortable at this great guesthouse. Highly recommendable!

Family friendly, clean open rooms with kitchen and AC! No TV to distract you from the amazing beach. You can ride horses on the beach, you can walk down the beach at sunset to watch the sea turtles being released into the to ocean. You can take surf lessons too or get a wonderful massage right on the beach (private/screened). The pool is perfectly located between the hotel and restaurant. The food and the restaurant is top notch, outdoor seating on a patio covered by a palapa There is always staff who speak English. If you are lucky a flock of pelicans will join you on the beach. I highly recommend Mi Casa Su Casa.

Room tip: All the family rooms face the beach.
