Our family stayed here the first weekend (Friday and Saturday) after the New Year. Everything was clean and beautiful. We need a handicapped room with a true roll in shower—those are very hard to find if you need more than one bed. Since we are a family with children, we need that. Due to allergies we also need kitchen facilities so we can cook our meals. On trips we call in advance to make sure we really will get kitchen facilities and a real roll in shower, not a tub with grab bars and shower. Despite being told we will get what we need, when we arrive, we often get a bad surprise. On this trip, everything we were told we would get was true. We got the two bedroom and all the beds were good. The master had a king bed, a true king size not the “smaller kings” being passed off these days. The only bad thing we can say about it was the kitchen doesn’t contain a real oven. Just two small stove top burners with a very small “kitchen sink”. The dishwasher is really small as well as the refrigerator. There is a small microwave if you aren’t really cooking and only want to warm up stuff. We have family in St. Louis and it is always hard to find something nice as well as clean when we go to visit. This place was all that.
