Stayed 4 nights for a conference. See my Pros and Cons: PROS- Wonderful view from the revolving restaurant on the top floor. Can visit the restaurant to see the panoramic view even if not eating there. Especially pretty at night. You can see the arch right in front of you as well as the baseball field (St.Louis Cardinals). Room was clean with modern furniture, not the old looking hotel stuff you see everywhere else (atleast in my room it was this way). Bed was comfy. CONS- Hotel staff at reservation desk were not helpful and seem very unenthused. The parking lot is across the street. Lot was backed up for 20 minutes getting out of it every morning because people's key card access would not work correctly. $16 A DAY to park there no matter how often you come and go. Wireless Internet access was intermitant and extremely slow in the rooms. The main lobby was better for internet but sometimes really slow.

“Loved the view”

We drove to St. Louis spontaneously, without planning ahead at all. We stopped at the first hotel we came to, which was the Millenium. We booked a room with a wonderful view of the arch, for a very fair price. I would definately stay here again.

I was very disappointed in this hotel! The pictures online show a nice room with a beautiful view of the St Louis Arch, a room you wouldn't mind spending $120 a night on. When I got in my room it was mediocre. The bathroom was less than clean, hair on shower wall, and dirty floor. The towels, pillow cases, and one of the blankets had stains on them. The location is great, just be wary you probably wont get the room advertised online!

“Beauty not skin deep”

Millennium Hotel St. Louis

Parking, great, customer service wonderful. Exterior of the hotel beautiful, lobby and public areas of the hotel wonderful. The hotel restaurant, excellent. View from room wonderful. (We could see the arch)

We parked and were helped by the staff wonderfully. Having arrived at 8 pm, the bell hop was nice enough to make reservations for us at the hotel and bring us to our room. He was friendly and very helpful.

The room. We were in the tower that didn't have the restaurant. I have been in motels that were more luxurious than this. One would have expected from what I had described before that it would at least been a well kept room, with a comfortable bed. We got a room were the bed what you would see in a lower priced hotel. View was great (we could see the arch and the front part of the hotel) but the curtains were difficult to open or close. Bathroom was a tiny with no counter space. The towels were frayed and some had stain marks on it. The shower looked dingy gray, the toilet bowel cover was broken. When I took a shower, the water leaked on to floor.

We were not sad to leave.

“Some problems”

Saint Louis, Missouri

My husband and I stayed at the Millennium the first night of our honeymoon. When we arrive at the hotel after the reception we were exhausted. We had booked a King size bed but the original room we were placed in had a Queen size bed. We went to the front desk to complain and hoped they would just discount our bill to reflect the change in bed. Instead, they switched us to a different room. This would have been fine if we were not completely exhausted. So we moved all our luggage from one room to the next still in our wedding clothes. No one offered to assist us.

The rooms are small but they are extremely comfortable and clean. They are funkier than your typical hotel room. The bedspreads and curtains are a nice touch.

The rooms are reasonably priced and the location couldn't be better. You are within walking distance of Busch Stadium, the Arch, the Old Cathedral and the Riverfront. It is also fun to look out of your hotel room and see a view of the Arch at nighttime.

I wish that the staff of the hotel was more friendly and helpful to match the luxurious accommodations.
