Stayed one Friday night with my wife and two older kids. The room had a king size bed and was large enough to use the sofa bed and an extra roll-away bed ($10 extra). The lobby, reception and pool areas were all in excellent condition although the pool area was quite small. This hotel in VERY convenient for access to West Port Plaza's restaurants, bars and shops and therein lies the rub. About 2:00am the bar(s) decided to empty their garbage cans full bottles into a dumpster. The racket probably lasted for 15 minutes but to me it seemed a lot longer! If you go, book a room on the opposite side of the plaza.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were at a conference and the staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was set up correctly and the service excellent. Requests were handled promptly and professionally. The room was clean and comfortable, parking wasn’t the greatest but still not bad, food was OK (breakfast was overpriced). Most of the 150 members of our group were satisfied with what we got, especially at the lower conference price.

Noise was a bit of a problem, as there were several other groups also meeting at the same time. The very large family reunion partied pretty hardy and were very noisy. If the rooms were more soundproofed, it would not have been as big a problem.

Finding the hotel was the biggest problem. Once you get into the business park the way to the hotel is NOT clearly marked. Several of our group got turned around trying to find the hotel. Better signage is a must!

Stayed there two nights. I returned home and noticed a red rash on my arms, sides and stomach. It was very itchy. I went to my doctor and he said that the rash was caused by bedbug bites!

I will never stay in that dump again!!!!

This hotel is located in the Westport Plaza which is in the same building as my work. Unfortuantely parking for the hotel is never close by. Plan on getting wet during one of those midwest storms. The room is a typical Sheraton with a nice bed. The furniture is not real modern and the TV is limited on channel selection. The room service menu is very poor for this Sheraton. The selection is limited and the food is old and stale tasting. I was not impressed that the hotel decided to perform renovations on the floor I was staying before 7am. I was one of many guests who requested to be moved to a floor where it is quieter. They removed the wallpaper and hallway light fixtures, so the hallway only had lightbulbs hanging from a wire. The hotel offered no apology or Starwood points for the inconvience. Apparently customer service is not a priority. I was not impressed. This hotel also lacks soundproofing so you can hear the music from the Plaza bars below and from guests in the hall. The hotel is way overpriced for the $149 I paid. Anything above $89 is too much. The hotel has free interenet in the lobby so don't pay that ripoff $10 fee in the room. I've stayed at the Sheraton downtown and it has more to offer.
