After staying two nights in Red Lodge, Mt. we decided to get closer to the Yellowstone Park. When we arrived not knowing what to expect, it did kind of surprise me. The hotel was very dark inside and the front desk people weren't very friendly. My account had already been charged the day I called for the room with no way for a refund. That was explained to me. The room
rate was definately not a $100+ night room. It was very small and cramped with very little room and also very dark. They did
not serve breakfast and the night meal was not great. I would not recommend this place. The morning breakfast room was
locked and they had no microwave for the guests. The internet
was available at the front desk.

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was large with three double beds, including separate room for the adults. The room was reasonably clean and had two TVs. We were on the second floor so we could hear noise from upstairs. Restaurant is closed on Sundays ??? Don't bother with the breakfast. It's crap.
This review doesn't sound very jolly but all in all the hotel is OK and better than I thought it would be given its location.

After spending the nights in double beds in cabins in Yellowstone this is paradise. We had a family room so we were very happy to have a comfortable king size bed the kids had comfortable beds as well. The place was clean and check in was friendly. Although they did tell us that the free breakfast was no longer free $4.00 pp. No great breakfast here although there were hot eggs available. No complaints here, for a little more then you pay inside the park it was very nice to have room to spread out and not have 3 kids on top of each other. I must say for visiting Yellowstone I would recommend staying in the park but this works well for when you are exploring the Mammoth area and for us as we were headed to Glacier.

The hotel was OK but the hotel could be a little cleaner and more up-to-date. We didn't have any real problems but some of the staff was not very well trained. I believe they get a lot of young foreign workers on student visas. Everyone of them we met was very nice but really were not well trained to do their jobs.
Internet access wasn't advertised and did not work in the rooms but we got wireless access in the lobby.
The room had a slight odor to it.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. However, the hot tubs were down for maintenance and the restaurant and bar in hotel were closed. Disappointed with lack of selection at breakfast.
