I had an extended stay in Lincoln, NE for over 2 months on a contract, and found this all suite hotel to be perfect for my long term visit.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very pleasent front desk agent who personalized my welcome by noting that I was in town for a long time and made sure I was aware of their free grocery shopping service or if I wanted to shop on my own I could go to the Hy Vee right next door to the hotel. There were a lot of great restaurants and a shopping mall near the hotel. My room had a full kitchen perfect for me who likes to cook.

The hotel began a new renovation on all the guest rooms during my stay but I did not notice any distruption of my quiet stay. My room was very nice with a very comfortable bed, very large space even had a couch and a big island in the kitchen to spread my work out at night.

The kitchen stove burner was not working properly, but when I told them about this problem they quickly fixed the burner and gave me a new frying pan too!

The complimentary full hot breakfast every day and the happy hour during the week was a great plus! The morning person in charge of breakfast was so pleasent and quickly learned my name and greeted me with it! The Sales team worked the happy hour, it was nice to meet them they were all so very accomdating.

I would definately return to Chase Suites Hotel in Lincoln when I have another business trip there!

While I personally did not spend the night at this property, this is where my family stays while they are in town to visit. Although my family has traveled around the country, they rate this hotel as one of the best they have ever stayed at and I agree.

The property is set up with numerous small buildings surrounding a courtyard with a pool, whirlpool, gas grills, and basketball court. Each building has 8 rooms, each varying in size. My family travels with a large dog (this is a great pet friendly hotel...for those with pets, there is a great dog park about a mile south on 70th street), so they often choose the largest of the accomodations, which includes a king bed in the lower bedroom and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The unit also features a fireplace, full kitchen and two bathrooms.

The hotel provides breakfast every morning that includes the standard items plus a few hot items every morning such as french toast and sausage. Additionally, they offer a happy hour Mon-Thurs, which has snacks and two drinks (beer & wine) per person. On Wednesday night of my family's stay, they even had a free cookout that saved my family the cost of dinner.

The complex was built in the late 70s, and there is some evidence of that in the design, but they are in the midst of making improvements. Any repair requests my family made were attended to either immediately or within an hour. (They had a small issue that the air conditioning would not shut off on its own).

Overall, the complex and rooms are very clean. The bedding is very nice with microsuede covers.

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Lincoln. Yes, it is located on the east side of town, but it is only about a 10-12 minute drive to UNL's city campus. This hotel's location is very safe.

If you do decide to book this hotel, I highly recommend picking up a campus cash coupon booklet at either university bookstores. They often have coupons that will save you significant money. The one my family used saved them over $50 a night.

Our family stayed during Basketball Tournaments, our accomadations were perfect for are large family! We were in the newly remodled section with pillow top beds and had a fireplace. The staff are very friendly and we already booked for next year.

My wife and I stayed here for an overnight trip to Lincoln. We booked it due to its pet friendly attitude.

It is located just off of O street in Lincoln so that makes it handy to get around. The room was relatively clean and included a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, dishes, fireplace... basically anything you could need for an extended stay.

What made it a mediocre experience for us was the bed and the noise! First off, the hotel is set up in little cottages that are divided into a couple rooms at each cottage. This looked quaint but proved to be one of the noisiest setups I have ever stayed in. While trying to sleep we could hear our neighbors walking around overhead, using the restroom, clomping down the stairs outside.... all of this added up to a poor night of sleep. Pile the unbelievably uncomfortable queen (maybe smaller??) bed on top of the noise and we woke up ready to get out of there!!

We will definitely be looking for another pet friendly hotel the next time we are in town.
