The Medici is a wonderful restaurant! The night we dined, the Chef's tasting menu featured chestnuts. I mentioned to the manager that I wasnt' familiar with the ingredient. Without my asking, he shared an appetizer of chestnut risotto. It was heavenly. My lobster was perfectly cooked and very attractively plated. The salad had variety and very fresh greens, nuts, a sweet fruit paste and cheese. It could have been a meal. My husband's steak was also perfect. The decor is warm yellow and so inviting.
Staff was attentive and extremely hospitable. I'd love to have dinner there again soon. Ritz Carlton restaurants have the best ingredients and high standards for preparation and service; Medici was no expection and it satisfied my hope for a lovely meal. This was the highlight of my trip to Las Vegas!
