The rooms were great, the most comfortable beds, nicest linens, great bathroom accessories.....
Concierge, Tifani, helped us immensely as our plans suddenly changed. Can't say enough about her great attitude, made things so much easier and palatable.
Dinner at k9 the best we have ever had, and we live in beef country..... Cool desserts like smores with a means to roast your marshmallows at the table. We had the am buffet, and also ate at the cafe, all excellent service and food, well worth it.
The view at night was incredible, used the shuttle to get to the strip.
Would definitely go back.

The Palms is one of the best hotel for young people in Las Vegas. The clubs are awesome and the restaurant deliver good food at decent prices. The only thing is that there are not any shops outside the hotel.

At time of check in (Memorial Day 2008) we asked if there were any rooms avail for an upgrade which there was not. So we cont'd up to our suite located in The Palms Tower and was disappointed. It smelt like marijuana and was just out dated.

We went back to down to the front desk and explained the situation and the clerk was more than accommodating. She placed us in the Superior Guest Room in the Fantasy Tower on the 35th floor, just down from the Hugh Hefner Suite, which was fun in itself, hoping to catch a glimps of him and/or the room.
The Superior Suite was named appropriately. Beautiful furniture, very modern and a great color scheme. The bed was the most comfy bed I had ever been in, linens and all.

We hung out at the pool all day which made for great people watching.

Playboy Club was a nice low-key place to gamble and drink and Moon was off the hook. The retractable roof-top is AMAZING!

The guests as well as the staff were all EXTREMLY nice and friendly.

We have been to Vegas many times and stayed in other hotels but never had as much fun as we did while staying at The Palms. My only warning is, stay out of The Palms Tower until they remodel.

If you want to live and party like a rock star while in Vegas but don't have the budget, stay at The Palms. You wont regret it.

We came to Las Vegas Saturday Jan 29. The Palms up graded us to a beautiful room in the Fantasy Tower. We asked for extra blankets and houskeeping had them delivered in less than five minutes.

The food at NINE restaurant was wonderful. We had fun in the Casino. They have all the latest slot and V.P. machines. Drink service was prompt.

We have stayed at the Palms ten times and have never had a bad visit.
