This group of restaurants was started by a family from Italy. They have been quite successful in Las Vegas and for good reason. This restaurant is at 445 Marks in Henderson. Very clean, newly appointed and well lit. It is part of a sports bar but the restaurant is not part of the bar. There are a few big screens at high ceiling height with volume off so my wife and I didn't notice them. Italian music was playing at a VERY low volume. Conversation was easy. We went New Year's Eve at 7:30 PM. Hostesses were very nice. Asked if we wished for table or booth. We were seated at a very roomy booth. Waitress Daysi from El Salvador was charming and efficient. She suggested the Shrimp Cooked On A Rock appetizer. WOW! Wonderful dipping sauce for the perfectly cooked shrimp. An XLNT good sized dish. Extensive Italian dinner menu plus burgers and pizza. We split a spaghetti and meat sauce with 2 meatballs entree. The pasta was al denti. The meat sauce was rich with good quality ground beef. The meatballs were medium large and very very good. We added two large dinner salads for 2 bucks each. The Italian salad dressing is a good choice. The rolls were fresh and delivered, as we were seated, with oil and vinegar to dip. We asked for butter also. My wife had a very good Chianti. I was designated so I had water. We took home almost half of the entree so there was plenty of good food. When I asked for a go-box, Daysi said, "I'll take care of that for you." With me, that always gets or loses 5% of the tip when they do or don't offer that. A pet peeve when they don't go the extra yard to box it for me and hand me a styrofoam box. The ticket before tip was about $34. Looked like it would be a great place for lunch so it goes on the short list.
