We stayed here for 1 night on a family tour of New England and what a treat it was. It is well placed just off the main road of the town. The owner is very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The Inn is furnished as, I am guessing as an english person, a classic 1865 american inn and is almost overwhelmingly homely. It was a great experience. We had found booking our itinery that many inns in the area do not accept children so this was the regretably the only one we stayed in. The owners have gone to enormus trouble to ensure that everything possible if offered to make stay a comfortable one-cookies, drinks, board games, internet access. We ate up the road at Raffertys diner and I really felt like I was staying in the real America rather then as a tourist in a large town. It provided plain but excellent food and a good, cheap childrens menu.Unfortunately the weather was poor and we were unable to use the pool. it wasnt hot enough to use the air con so we had the windows open -being at the front of the house meant that it was very noisy. Only criticism really was that the bed was very uncomfortable! Breakfast was home cooked and very good indeed. Don't expect plush rooms and modern bathrooms but a great not to be missed experience.

I am staying in N Conway on business and feel lucky to have found the Cranmore Inn. The rates are beyond reasonable, the location is excellent, and the Innkeepers made me feel like we were old friends. I am presently still a guest and I'm taking advantage of the wireless connection available throughout the property. Yesterday morning I was greeted by the resident pet rabbit named Bun. He's real friendly and loves to be pet. If you're looking for a great b&b getaway sans the snobs....this is the place!

Stayed here with husband and 7 year old on 8/27/05 for one night at a rate of $87. The hotel is clean, cozy and conveniently located to shopping and dining.

The rate included a wonderful breakfast of pancakes or french toast with either sausage or bacon and your choice of cereal, a fruit, and drink.

There is a dining area that has tea and coffee available until 9pm. There is a fridge to store leftovers. The dining area also has a nice selection of boardgames available to guests.

The bedroom was very cozy with a Victorian feel, very nicely decorated. The entire inn, which is over 100 years old and I believe designated a historic building, is furnished with antiques. Our bathroom was directly across the hallway but was private. It had a window and good water pressure in the bath/shower.

The inn was conveniently located two blocks from town with lots of shopping and dining options. Private parking lot is free in the back of the inn.

There is no radio or TV in the rooms, however there is a TV room/library on the first floor.

The innkeepers are very nice and our son enjoyed the stay very much.

I have nothing negative to say about this inn. I would strongly recommend this inn to anyone staying in North Conway and look forward to staying there again!

“We love this inn!”

We live only 2 hours away from this inn, and have been spending long weekends here every year for the last 8 years. The service has been outstanding during every visit. The inn serves fabulous breakfasts. Tea, Lemonade, and Ice Tea served with homemade cookies every afternoon. There is a wonderful pool in the backyard, and we have never had to share it with anyone! All the rooms are very well decorated, the beds always comfortable, and very clean. This inn is a real find and a tremendous value. The location is great, just a block or two from the main drag, making it convenient yet quite. We have stayed at hotels three times the price, only to receive a pool towel so thin you need three to dry off and they scratch you in the process. The pools towels here were the best I have ever seen! We truly enjoy staying here.

When selecting the Cranmore Inn as our lodging of choice in Conway, my husband and I were looking for a quiet retreat with a great location. The Cranmore did not disappoint. While only a few blocks from the bustling center of North Conway, our inn was indeed quiet and a good starting out point for adventures in the Mount Washington Valley. As a bonus, when we returned to our room after a day in the mountains, a good selection of restaurants were only a short walk away. And each morning, our innkeepers provided a hearty breakfast to get our day started off right.
