Don't ever stay here! Our room had no alarm clock, and no iron. The air conditioning barely worked. There was mildew all over our bathtub. The hotel corridor reaks of cigarette smoke w/ cigarette butts at the entrance. The staff leaves at 10pm, so if you have any problems at night,...oh well. The continental breakfast in the morning is a joke,...we went out for breakfast. When we tried to get a discount on the room b/c of the mildew in the shower, the front desk said forget it,... they already ran our credit card last night and they could NOT change the bill. I've stay in A Lot of hotels and I would never stay here again!

We stayed at here recently on a trip to North Conway, and it's perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We had to "pre-pay" on our credit card when we checked in, which should have been a red-flag. The rooms are very dirty, the bathrooms are barely functional, the continental breakfast was a joke, and the pool wasn't maintained well. The pictures online of the rooms must have been from a different hotel, because the rooms were not even close to what they looked like online. The TV in the room was broken (it received every other channel, and the color kept fading in and out). There was rust in the bathroom ceiling, the sink made a strange noise, and the carpets have never seen a vacuum or steam-cleaner (full of dirt, stains, etc). One funny thing we saw was a sign on the wall, pointing upstairs for their resteraunt, and it had a piece of transparent masking tape over it---real professional. I really can't believe that this place is AAA approved...

We drove into N. Conway late on Saturday.
I knew we'd be lucky to get a hotel room.
After checking one hotel on Rte 302 we came to this nitemare of a hotel.
I went in and found out that all they had left was the suite.
I decided to take it...not chancing a night stay in my car.
I paid over $200 for this room.
The suite was on the third floor of a detached building.
After climbing (no elevator) to the third floor we found our room door that I didn't need my card key for.
I was able to use the card to Jimmy the door open!!!!!
Needless to say I didn't sleep well.
I can't be sure but I was weary of the young kid that kept going into the attic ....next to our room. What was up in this attic anyway?
The air conditioning was just barly working, and it was set to 50 degrees.
The walls were paper thin...we might as well stayed with our neighbors.
When we went out for dinner we checked for other accomidations ...without any luck.
We were forced to stay there.
The continental breakfast consisted of toast and cereal. The dining room was filled with people and was very, very hot.
Ended up going out for breakfast.
Suite...ha!....If you have to stay here...go home instead.

We travelled to North Conway for shopping on the July 1st weekend.
We shopped at the outlets which are very nearby and the reason we chose the Mount Washington Valley Inn.
Upon checking into our room we found cleaning supplies left in the bathroom, we were thankful that we didn't have any small children with us.
That evening we found that one of our pillow cases had brown splatters on it but when we called the front desk for a replacement they were closed for the night, with an emergencies only number.
We decided that we did not want to stay for the next night that we had previously booked, not thinking this would be a problem on a very busy holiday weekend, we were not able to cancel the reservation without paying a nominal early check out fee.
The person at the front desk was not very helpful when we presented the bathroom cleaner and the dirty pillowcase and they brushed them off as nothing.
We will not be returning to this Inn and do not recommend it. The location is prime for outlet shopping but our money would have been better spent at one of the other hotels nearby.
