Just returned home after a 6 day stay in the colonial with my wife and 2 sons.I can honestly say that Jerry, Michelle and their family have to be some of the nicest and most helpful owners we have ever stayed with during a holiday, we stayed in a king size room with spa and our sons had 2 doubles and a spa with connecting door both rooms were very clean and warm. Many other people have mentioned the friendliness on this site and we booked our stay on those reviews alone and we were not disappointed. every time you went to the reception they were cheerful, helpful and honest and we will definately be returning. This is a great motel and a lovely part of New Hampshire to stay in. Thanks to you all including the staff at Peaches for your help and kindness during our stay.

First impressions were of a family run motel with friendly service. I had problems with reception for my cell phone, turns out my carrier wasn’t in that area. That wasn’t a problem and the manager lent me his. They also offered plenty of advice as to where to go and the sights to see.
The rooms were old and the furniture and fittings dated but everything was clean and adequate. Just basic facilities.
The motel was easy to find and located near to shops and restaurants.
Coffee and tea were available at reception but that was the limit of breakfast. If you wanted breakfast you just ripped a coupon from the local tourist map and got 10% off at Peaches, a small restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away. A very popular place and great breakfast.
Overall good value for what we paid.

I have never stayed at a nicer place with kinder owners. We did a last minute trip to New Hampshire for some shopping and the owners accomodated us completely. Plus a very nice bonus was the stove located out front to make smores and they had fresh coffee and other goodies out for the guest which I felt was a very nice homey touch. The room we had very clean and comfortable not to mention very affordable for a holiday weekend. I would and will recommend this motel to everyone I know that goes up to Conway area. Staying here truly made it a perfect weekend in the mountians.

Based on Trip Advisor and the price I booked to stay here for 2 nights during Fall Foliage season. Very easy to find. My room was a bit dated. Refrigerator but no microwave or mini coffee maker so I walked to the lobby. No phone in my room but the manager or owner not sure was very very accomodating and I very much appreciated his kindness on more than one occasion. My room though dated was very clean and I had very clean linens and a disposable razor which I needed and had not packed !! Sometimes little things mean a lot !! Curtains barely reached so I clipped them together but hey this close to nature with great people I would book again !!

We stayed in the newer section of the motel, I think, in a room with two kingsize beds and a new-looking bathroom with a shower/whirltub combination. The room was not big but clean and the beds very comfortable.

The motel is located between downtown North Conway and the factory outlets (which are about a mile and a half away, so it is not walking distance, as we believed based on other reviews. But great shopping!). Very convenient to go to all the places in the White Mountain region and drive the `Kanc` Highway.

Nothing to complain about - it was good value for what we paid, and the owners were friendly and helpful.
