My husband and I with the two kids were suppose to camp but unfortunately our van broke down right in front of this hotel . I went to find out if they had room and the did. We stayed there for 4 days the best sleep I every had and with in walking distance to everything. They are very friendly and very helpful in your time of need. We would definilty go back.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for just one night. The problem is that most places in North Conway book for a minimum of 2 nights. The Yankee Clipper was available for a one night stay (which was good). The problem we had was that the room smelled of mildew and possibly even urine. At a rate of $139 for the night, it was NOT worth the price!

My husband and I had planned on staying at a cute little inn for our wedding anniversary, but due to a snow storm, we didn't make it up until the following day. We decided to spend the day exploring the area and then grab a cheap motel room, since we'd already missed out on the B&B experience. Driving by, this place appeared decent so we checked in for $59. The property is a typical 2 story motor inn. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean, and have a small table, TV, and a clean bathroom. Nothing special here, but you certainly get a decent room for a decent price. We received breakfast coupons, which were good for a small breakfast at the adjacent restaurant, or you could apply a certain dollar amount towards a discount off whatever you wanted. All in all, we were satisfied.

This is a sweet lil motel right in the heart of everything. The rate was wicked cheap and it included breakfast!!!

The rooms were clean, neat, and warm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check in @ 11am-no extra charge!!!

The only thing I would say to change maybe is to re-do the bathrooms. They are nice-but old. (The rooms were just re-done and looked great! The beds were brand new and sooo comfortable!!!)

Definatly an EXCELLENT value!!!
