White horse, white carriage, white knight to deliver the bride to the beach, and the new Mr and Mrs back to the hotel for the reception. Even though I called THE DAY OF THE NUPTIALS Chantelle was very lovely and accomodating in providing us with their premiere steed Pebbles. The driver and assistant were very friendly and punctual. Since the horse and carriage are a Cape May tradition, our bride and groom received many celebratory honks and even sirens from the fire department as they went past. It was very exciting to see the new couple arrive back at the hotel. An added plus is the fine care and living quarters these horses receive on the farm in the country. Can't imagine a wedding in Cape May without them. Since we booked at the last minute and credit cards or personal checks were not accepted, we used one of the atms in town.
