A great hotel for the price. I traveled with a large group, and had a very nice time. The best sleep I have had in a long time! I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go . The hotel was very clean and nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and the furniture was very modern. The pool was nice, however I didn't like that it was right smack in the middle of the hotel where everyone who passes by sees you. My 2 negatives were: the hotel food was SUPER overpriced! We only ate breakfast there once--and that was enough! The kids buffet breakfast I guess isnt too bad, for 6 bucks they can eat all they want. But adults--watch out. For 14 bucks you get hard food and small portions. if you eat a la carte, its even worse. My aunt ate a muffin, cereal and juice and her bill was 13 bucks! I also dont like the area its in. Its not a dangerous area, but so confusing to get to. We had a GPS system and still had a hard time getting there. I guess its not the hotel's fault, NJ's highway system is SUPER confusing! Dont drive at night or you will really get lost. But if you are a good navigator and dont mind driving a few miles to get to the good restaurants, then this is a good place to stay.

After spending a bomb on less than satisfactory Manhattan accomodation while on a visit to New York it was refreshing to spend only $140 on a large, clean and comfortable room at the Sheraton Newark Airport before flying out to Australia. No complaints whatsoever. Three of us were sharing a room and there was more than enough space, the beds were very comfortable and the furnishings modern and what you would expect of a Sheraton hotel. I would absolutely stay again.

Outside/Lobby:
Very clean, nice front entrance area. Courteous shuttle drivers. Large lobby, very grand-looking, front counter staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a pool and a sort of café in the lobby under a huge wall-of-glass, you sort of need to see it. Anyway, very nice in my opinion.

Room: HUGE! Biggest room I've ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable and also huge. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but it's not like you're having a party in there. There were bath robes in the closet and Starbucks coffee on the desk, with to-go cups! Loved it.

Restaurant: Amazing. A little pricey, but the service and the atmosphere were both outstanding. It's the first time I've ever voluntarily tipped 20%. Incredible!

Overall: I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. And everyone.

WE had 2 rooms for 4 nights. Our stay was fantastic. The staff was friendly, professional and approachable. The menu in Bistro 128 was recently upgraded. The menu has Osso Buco, Sea Bass and my personal favorite Short Ribs of Beef. It was like butter. If you are in the mood for some cocktails and a burger the bar is the place to be. The staff in the restauraunt and the bar were great and very attentive. The hotel's decor has been updated and looks wonderful. For an Airport hotel the rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. We were checked in by the Assistant front desk manager Joe who was very friendly and personable. When we had a question and the front desk staff was tied up with other guests we were helped out by Robert the front desk manager. Now that is great service. There was always a smile from the front desk staff when we came or left for the day. There is a kiosk in the lobby to print boarding passes. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked great for doing laps. We rented a car but there is a shuttle service to and from the airport. I would reccomend this hotel for all travelers.
