This restaurant was recommended to us by the Atlantis Inn during our stay there. Yes, the food was very good.

However, the place had no air conditioning and the the staff was the most rudest restaurant staff I have ever encountered anywhere. It took 20 minutes for us to get a waitress. When we were serviced, the waitress was short, and spoke to us in a very reprimanding manner, as if we should be doing her the favor of eating there. The arrogance this place emitted was not only unjustified, but insulting. We found the owner (woman with short black hair) to be exceptionally rude and arrogant. We expressed our complaints to the owners of the Inn and recommended that they take this place off their recommendation list of places to eat for their guests.

I got the scones and sweet mother were they ever good. So buttery, flaky, yet dense, and mildly sweet. I got the raspberry one day and two butterscoth the following so I could take one home. Oh, and did I mention they are only $1.75 for a huge, butter laden, pastry delight?

Best scones and muffins on Earth. Try the butterscotch scones and the Glorious Morning Muffins. Cannot be beaten!! Maybe you can get in on the crossword puzzle in the back room!

If you are for looking for top quality food, this is the place!

There is no AC in summer, but outdoor cafe tables. The lunches are awesome & they do dinners in summer.

Two thumbs up!

We discovered the "4th St Cafe" because that is where all the locals dine. They serve lunch from 11:00AM-2:00PM and dinner in the summer time. Its located right on teh corner of 4Th St & Atlantic Ave. If you blink, you'll miss it driving by.

The food is outstanding, fresh, and organic. The quality of the entries are comparable to that of a fine NYC restaurant. Their menu changes daily, and is posted on a chalk board. They cross off stuff off the menu as they sell out of those items.

Very SOHO type atmosphere...artsy fartsy. But very cool. Its is by far the best lunch spot in all of Ocean City! Get their between 11-12 to get the best lunch selections.
