We have never been to ocean city and did not know where to stay. We booked the pavillion motor lodge because not much else was available. We were not disappointed..everything was clean, nice clean pool, close to the beach and boardwalk. Front desk was nice and helpful..I think her name was Denise..she was friendly. Rooms were cleaned quickly. I will stay again, can't beat the price.

Best poeple and location. Great rooms with two QUEENS! Pool and rooms were absolutley CLEAN!

A budget motel that is in a great location near the beach and boardwalk. The rooms are small and the beds are not very comfortable but the location is great to walk to the boardwalk and is near the middle of the boardwalk.

This place is straight up nasty. The people who wrote all of those positive reviews must be used to staying in trashy ,disgusting motels. We stayed there last night and it was just awful. I've driven back and forth to Florida many times and have stayed in all different hotel/motels along 95. Never have I stayed in a place as filthy and smelly as The Pavillion. Besides how nasty it was, they never even mentioned that they had beach tags. If your reading all these positive reviews on tripadvisor and thinking "Oh well this place seems prettygood"..................FORGET IT!!!! This place is a total dump.

Office staff was superb at answering all questions about the apartments, rooms and area. Awesome location - right near all rides and boardwalk..we will be back!
