My wife and I stayed at this hotel because we needed relatively easy access to Saratoga Springs (a business trip), but with a limited budget. The hotel is only 20 – 30 minutes away (depending on traffic – avoid rush hour if possible). You need only to access I-87 (close to the hotel) and head north to Route 9 West (though I’ve heard if you travel one extra exit, it will take you closer – though Route 9 West takes you through the town of Saratoga and is a lovely ride). We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, and we only paid $79.90 (+ $6.39 tax) per night for a Hot Tub Room (with queen size bed) – however, this was at the AAA rate. The rates may be slightly higher depending on when you book the room and what rates are available to you. If you need a spacious, clean, and comfortable home-away-from-home, and are a budget-minded traveler, then this place is perfect.

Pros:
-Large room with a microwave and bigger-than-usual refrigerator – perfect for extended stays and stocking up on groceries.
-Very clean throughout
-Hot tub (located in the bathroom) was big enough for two people and quite comfortable.
-Helpful staff
-Decent (and free) continental breakfast with fresh fruit, bagels, pastries, coffee, and juice (everything was fresh and tasty, and the breakfast area was very clean).
-Located near a HUGE Pricechoppers (supermarket) and many other stores – great for stocking up the room, places to eat, and for anything you might have forgotten or need.
-Located within a VERY short walking distance (across parking lot) to a 24-hour Denny’s. You can walk from your room, have a meal, and walk back (though the service at this Denny’s was unusually slow when we went – and that was during off-hours when the place was empty).
-First floor rooms have patio doors that access the parking lot – making it very convenient to load/unload things from your vehicle.

Cons:
-Located across the parking lot from a Denny’s. By this I mean you will have no view of anything special from your room.
