The best veal chop ever!! Oh my, it was good! And so were the veal medallions with morel mushrooms in a cognac sauce! You do need reservations.
We also stayed at the B& B and their breakfasts were equally as outstanding. For 3 mornings we had a different menu and all were good. The real maple syrup was a good addition to both the pancakes and the French toast. The fresh veggie omelet was wonderful. And the delicious fried eggs had bright orange yolks and you could taste the "freshness"! We overheard the cooks discussion of which farmers hens were laying eggs now and what was available. Served in courses with a friendly smile. It makes you want to go back just for the food!
