Not the fanciest hotel, the room is small and simple. But its clean, in the best spot on the island and has the most amazing views ever! The room was a little simpler than I had imagined, but the price, views and location made it a perfect choice. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a cheap place to stay in the heart of fira. Also important....very quiet at night!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Keti for 2 nights during our honeymoon, after a 3 night stay in Oia. The hotel had amazing views, was very clean, and was the most recently renovated room we stayed at during our week in Greece. Remember to pack light....there are 105 risers to get to the street level from the hotel. I'm sure the exercise helped burn off some of that baklava!

We have stayed here 3 times now and love it. The hotel is in a perfect location a few minutes walk from everything in town but far enough away to be quiet. The view is amazing and there are a number of terraces to sit out on and enjoy the sunset view.

The rooms are nice and clean and the superior rooms have jacuzzi baths and are really smart. We recently got married in Santorini and I spent a lot of time looking round hotels and found the rooms at the Keti nicer than most but a fraction of the price. The next door places are 3 times the price.

We booked the whole hotel for our friends and family for our wedding and Yannis the owner was really helpful and helped all our friends to organise boat trips etc.

We will definitely be going back again.

This place is in a fantastic location - far enough away to be nice and quiet but very local really; a cheap brekkie can be foraged from the town centre and enjoyed on the balcony while the tea is still scalding! The views are awesome and rooms 'quirky'.

The staff are friendly and helpful - and it really is a great place to relax and watch the awesome view change throughout the day...

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Keti”

My wife and I spent three days of our honeymoon at the Keti. It wouldn't be fair to judge the place not taking into account where the hotel is located. Santorini stands on the slopes of a sunken volcano. To one side, the island descends uneventfully to volcanic pebble beaches. To the other side the Island falls abruptly into the sea, in what is called the caldera side. The sights on this side are simply breathtaking. Just over the edge of this cliff stands Fira. As the island itself the city can be divided into two. On side: fairly equipped, buzzing with activity, services and roads giving a good opportunity to get everywhere you want. Given on this side the city grows steadily and quite plain, there aren't great views, just some charming but overcrowded –at least in summer- streets. On the other side the city falls directly into the sea: a perfect mix of cliffs and picturesque pastel colored houses. Stairs and narrow alleys connect this part of the city. Just on this side, over one of the edges, opening to an incredibly view of the entire city and the caldera stands the Keti.

Once you make your way through the alleys and down the stairs you'll find a neatly equipped room opened onto a shared balcony with a dazzling view of the caldera. While quite simple, the room was cozy and impeccably clean. Yiannis, the manager, deserves a few words for himself: helpful and friendly. We went through some trouble with our airline and our luggage. Over the time we spent there Yiannis helped us sorting things out and allowing us to enjoy our stay.

Keti is definitely a great deal, I'm sure it probably has the best caldera view in Fira and the rooms are affordable and nice. The steps are steep, but I can't complain, the Greek food is so good that we found this the best way to burn some extra calories.

What can we say….. we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Keti.
