Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The view, the rooms, the staff, the food, the location. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative, especially Daphne and Georgina. The infinity pool overlooking the caldera was amazing. The location is perfect as it is near everything you want to be near but also removed enough so that it is quiet. We lucked out with our room--it was a two bedroom suite on two levels--an absolutely beautiful room. They brought breakfast to our room every morning--it was a nice selection of breakfast treats. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Me and my boyfriend have been waiting for this holiday for so long...and for many weeks before our arrival I have been in contact with the amazing Daphne.
When we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes, it was soo much more than what we expected. Since our stay was quite long, and we booked quite late for Santorini we had to change room 3 times, a standard room (room 8) which we absolutely adored, we had our own little balcony with amazing view (but then again everywhere in Cosmopolitan Suites there was a amazing view, then we moved to a cosmo suite with it s own balcony, beautiful and the last was a Cosmopolitan suite, huge and with a lovely shared balcony.The pool is the right size and nothing can be compared to swimming til the edge and looking at the sunset with a glass of Nekteri Wine.
All the staff from the great Daphne, to Giorgia, Pavlos, the amazing chef ( try the spaghetti with pesto, I am italian and with full convidence I can say it s as good as my Mamma's cooking)and all the rest of the staff was incredible and so helpful, from arranging the booking of our 4-wheeler to the reservations of restaurants and giving us advices on everything, they gave us a mobile phone as well to keep in contact with them from everywhere we went in santorini. We will never thank them so much for a such a unbelievable holiday.Definetely will be back, hopefully very soon.

Firstly let me say that we had a great time at Cosmopolitan Suites. The staff are friendly and the views are amazing (as per all the other reviews).

But...

1) There are not enough sun loungers for everyone staying in the hotel. There are 10 rooms (20 people) and only 6 sun loungers! There are some deck chairs but these are very uncomfortable.

2) The bathrooms are sub-standard. We stayed in two rooms and both were the same. The shower head didn't fit into it's fitting and so you couldn't use it as a shower!

3) Fira is a bit tacky. There are tons of kebab houses, burger places etc. There are nice restaurants too where you can see the view. But watch out for the restaurant with the cute little lamps on every table - it's stupidly expensive!

A beautiful hotel kept by great people providing very efficient service. We loved the view, the pool, the breakfast, the room (cleaned up twice a day), the mobile phone to contact them in case of emergency, the proximity of Fira, the helpful instructions for sightseeing, the discret but efficient presence of the hotel's staff. Definitely, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
