I would not recommend.

Staff was very nice and friendly, but the condition of my hotel room was out of some horror movie. I would not take my clothes out of my suitcase. It was very dirty, housekeeping did not take trash first day I was there. Rug was really disgusting. Bathroom was not very clean. I was very uncomfortable and was glad to work late as to not have to stay in the room for a long period of time.

My daughters AAU basketball team stayed here.I was very happy with the rooms. They were very nice, clean and attractive. Included microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffeepot. The property included free internet. The beds were very, very comfortable. Large bathroom sink area with a seperate area for shower/toliet. The shower was great with a shower head that was amazing.

The amenities were far beyond my expectations: pool with waterslide, hot tub, sauna and seperate steamroom, tanning bed, exercise room, arcade, laundry room, and onsite restaurant. We did not try the restaurant but saw a menu in our room, prices look reasonable. Also free cont breakfast with a waffle machine.

Im not sure about the mini golf and batting cages, we didnt go look at them but they looked ok, maybe a little worn.

Im sure im forgetting something. All in all I was impressed and my daughter and teamates had a blast.

It is also nice to be so near the walmart and very close to the mall.

My only complaint was I requested connecting rooms so the kids wouldnt go unsupervised, I did not get this.

The staff is nice. However, this hotel has dirty carpet and the facilities are old and appear not clean. Try another chain in the area.

What a disappointing hotel. Don't let the property write-up fool you; this was not a nice place to stay. We booked a 3-night stay and left after the first night.

The staff is very friendly; however, it ends there. This is the most oddly laid out hotel I've ever stayed in. There is only one elevator, and it only takes you to level 2. From there, you have to wind your way up and down ramps and stairs, and many door ways that are very confusing as they are not marked - if you have luggage and are located in a room deep in the hotel, be prepared for a haul. They have no bell captain service and you're on your own.

We were placed in a room that had not yet been "updated". The rooms are air-conditioned by window units and the unit in our room was located in an alcove by the window with the air blowing toward a wall. When I tried to adjust the lever's to re-direct the air I discovered them broken. As it was warm the night we stayed, we were very uncomfortable. The room had a moldy and musty smell; my allergies kicked in right away. The carpet was so nasty that I would not take my shoes off, and kept my sandals on when walking about the room.

My other traveling companions were in a room that had been "updated". Shoddy work, very cheap looking. It appears that all they updated was the carpet and added cheap-looking molding here and there. The updated room still smelled damp and musty.

Don't bother with this hotel; there are other hotels within the same area that are much nicer.
