Good for tournament fishermen, especially for the FLW series, the meeting place & boat ramp are near-by!

Motel is in a great location, rate is good, BUT.......its filthy! Im not sure if they even have a housekeeper there, the halls smell of cigarette smoke, the floor in the room was dirty, along with the tub and pool. On top of all the flaws of the motel the employees there are rude and very unprofessional. (Martha & Carol) I wish I would have kept driving, word of advise, keep driving and pay the extra $30 and go to a hotel where they have a housekeeper on staff the staff and the employees are respectful and glad to serve you.

It's OK. It's good if all you need is a place to stay. In need of a refresh to say the least - stale old motel smell. bed sheets need to be donated to a third world country at this point and new ones brought in. needs new mattresses. Floor was VERY DIRTY. walking around barefoot for 5 mins in my room, my soles were literally black. I had to wash it and just put on shoes. It was very gross. Plus is - spacious rooms. The location isnt great - not by SUNY Plattsburgh

Maint. guy fought with us 2 stays ago about broken AC which was not cooling properly. We finally had to demand a room with working AC. Many rooms still smoking. Hallways smelled of smoke. This should be a NON smoking motel as other motels now are. Should be no pets too, motels are not kennels. This motel's halls smelled of pets too. Shower curtain smelled from mold as well as air from AC unit. Room was overall moldy and smelly. Night front desk guy entered our CC exp date wrong, so we had to call bank ourselves to discover his error. Day front desk people are great. Maint. guy has a bad attitude and argumentative with poor English. All furniture dirty, had to be covered with towels before sitting down.

Too bad too, because prices are reasonable for all of the amenities they offer.
