Here are a few reasons why this hotel was TERRIBLE!!!
-If you want Air Conditioning, you have to pay an extra 12 Euros per room, per night
- The shower was broken when we got there, then they made us pay for it!
- They way over-charge you to use the internet
- They charge you to leave your luggage at the hotel once you check out, and it's ridiculously priced
- The breakfast is just rolls
- The owners are SO UNFRIENDLY! They will yell at you in Italian for NO REASON!
- Completely unable to sleep because it is SO NOISY from all the traffic... and it's so hot outside that you have to open to windows to breathe... except that you can't sleep because of the noisy cars
- They didn't provide enough towels for the number of people staying in our room.

These people nickel and dime you for everything possible.... it was the worst place I stayed in Italy... TRUST ME, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We thought this would be a decent hotel since it was 150 euros a night. It was horrible. On the website it says the rooms have air conditioning but when you get there they have a sign posting that Air Conditioning is available but you have to pay 12 euros for it in addition to the hotel room price.

The manager is unfriendly, unappreciative of your business and tries to nickle and dime you for anything he can. He billed us for two phone calls we didn't make that ended up being over 8 euros. We stayed in a triple room and they only provided us with 2 towels. The hotel looks like an old Super 8 Motel. The noise frome the street is so loud that it is terribly difficult to get any sleep. The only redeeming quality to this motel is the pool. It was a nice and refreshing pool.

The hotel is a long bus ride out of Capri in a city called Anacapri. There are a few restaurants around but it is not actually in Capri. The service is bad, the breakfast is a roll and coffee and the rooms are old and nasty. The phones are still rotary phones if that tells you anything. They're about 30 years old - atleast!! And if you have a phone card, you can't use it on their phones. You have to walk to a pay phone... I walked and walked and couldn't find one. Save your money and spend it with a hotel that provides good service and appreciates your business. There are plenty of hotels in capri where your bang is a lot more for your buck.

My family and I toured the country of Italy and stayed in a different hotel every night for a week and this was by far the worst experience of the trip. When we arrived, the shower was broken in the bathroom and the owner blamed it on us stating that the maid would have told him about it. Then we found that the air conditioning that was advertised actually costs an additional 12 euros per night and the internet was not free at all. The staff griped at us and gave dirty looks the entire time we were at the hotel. Other than that, the place is very comfortable and quaint and had a nice pool area. I would not return just for the mere fact that the staff destroyed the pleasant atmosphere for us. We only stayed one night and were all ready to leave.

I've been at this hotel (?) for a week end in june with my family and our children, and I have to say that this experience was awful.
The owners are totally rude and impolite, especially the landlady.
The only good thing is the location: near the centre of Anacapri and bus stop.
Bad things: room furnitures very old and in the hall the sofa are covered by velvet (in summer, do you imagine?); no minibar in the room; for the air conditioning you have to pay extra (12 euro each day); and at least when we left the hotel on sunday morning we asked to the owners to leave the the lugguage until 3 p.m. and they answered that we cannot do it.
For me? Never more in this place
