Clean hotel, rooms had brand new beds, and breakfast was above average. Staff was friendly and thoroughly engaged. Would stay here again. Great military rate on the hiltonhhonors web site.

Nice staff, very helpfull and informative. Pool and spa was very nice and clean. Breakfast and accomodations were above average and variety of food and availability was excellent. Needed extra towels and was pleasantly surprised by the response and willingness to assist us with our needs.
Room was very clean and very comfortable. The best bed we slept in on our 7 day trip. Atmosphere and commom areas are very clean and well maintained.
Must eat at Bandanas rest. if u go. Excellent food and service with local charm and atmosphere.

I have Stayed at most hotels in Boone. This is by far the best for service and quality. I stay here a couple times a month and the staff is always great to me.. Very nice indoor pool and spa. Best breakfast in town and those Cloud 9 beds are a dream.

The straw that broke the camel's back was the $4 and change cost of a local phone call. Book the room for $93 was charged $104. Was assured the availability of Hot Tub and Pool- so called last minute painting caused areas to be unavailable. When I complained was subjected to amature lawyer tactics form the manager...anything to keep from refunding money. The only highlight was the very nice graveyard shift personel. I will try and stay anywhere else first before I stay at a Hampton inn again. I will be advising all my business traveling friends to avoid this company like the plague.
