We have stayed at several of the choice hotels and this one has got to be the worst....if we had to pay for this place I would have moved on to another motel, but the room was free through the Harrah's casino...I wander if they know( Harrahs) what they are paying this co. for---it's definately not for quality or luxury--first of all we asked for a king n/s room , they gave us 2 double beds smoking on the 2nd floor at the very end of the hall, no elevators at this hotel...the bathroom was so small you could barely get in the door to use the comode..I called the desk to see if they could put us in another room and of course the answer was "NO" I would never recommend this place to anyone, and hope that Harrahs will check out this place and stop giveing their customers rooms here.

Stayed one night during Great Smoky Natl park trip. Room was nice, balcony overlooking small creek, microwave, clean, comfortable bed, small bathroom w/ vanity outside, good continental breakfast and comfortable breakfast seating. Got excellent room rate on web site, $60. Hotel is located less than 2 miles from National Park and convenient to town.

Nice room, clean, comfortable, and convenient. only complaint is that WiFi didn't work. Front desk told me to call the 800 number posted in the room. Called the 800 number, and they suggested to check with front desk. Worker in the office was using his computer. I asked why it didn't work in the room, he said it only works in the lobby. Cherokee area very nice, and relaxing, except the casino. Went there and got robbed (at least that's what it felt like). Highly recommend short drive to Gatlinburg TN.

Wonderful! Gorgeous rooms, river runs behind the hotel with balconies/patios looking out to river! The hotel is clean, well staffed and just wonderful! It is a few miles from the Harrah's casino, but well worth it! Stay here, you won't regret it!
