This was my best hotel stay ever with the exception of the Hermitage in Nashville. The hotel was immaculate and well appointed for the price. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond in every way. My sister-in-law held her wedding reception in the hotel as well, and the hoteldid a great job with it. I highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

This was one of the best hotel experiences that my wife and I ever had. The check-in was very quick and easy. The front desk staff and management were so helpful with providing suggestions on the local restaurants that represented the best of the Triangle.

The room was very clean and comfortable and we especially liked the amenities. We highly recommend this hotel

I recently spent five nights at the Hilton RTP while attending a business meeting at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised having read previous reviews.
The staff were without excpetion courteous, helpful and went the extra mile to attend to my, sometimes obscure, requirements as a meeting organiser. In particular the reception staff are warm and welcoming, and have an excellent sense of humour. Maybe its the North Carolina way, but it made a pleasant change from the stony-faced indifference you get in some places.
My Standard room was comfortable, and while not luxurious had all the essentials and was in good decorative order.
The bed - complete with mattress pads and what seemed like hundreds of pillows - was great.
The breakfast buffet provides a range of hot and cold items, and seemed good value at $10. This is very cheap when you compare it with hotels in Britain. My only wish would to have seen more variety in the items provided day-to-day. The same choice every day was a little bit dull. My colleague was also disappointed that they couldn't provide him with a cappuchino - but I guess that's rare in standard US hotels. Must be a European thing.
If I had reason to visit Research Triangle Park on business, I would happily stay at the Hilton again - but its probably not the sort of place you would want to stay on vacation. Perfect for a night when passing through.

I stayed at this hotel on a Friday night in March after my flight was cancelled. My room was located on the same floor as the banquet rooms (one was actually across the hall). Exterior patio door was actually falling apart. Noise Noise Noise all night. Front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. Made numerous complaints to Hilton - all ignored. Got 2 hours sleep. Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. This is a terrible hotel! (I travel 90% for my job).
