The Morehead Manor was the most unique B & B I've ever stayed in.
My wife and I spent 3 nights there, and loved every minute.
1 We've never stayed in a restored mansion of such historic import. The more closely I inspected it the more fascinated I became. In many ways it seemed like something you pay to tour through, not a place you get to stay.
2 We walked to the Durham Bulls park and it's restaurants, and it was an easy drive to both my Research Triangle Park business and our tourist destinations such as the Brightleaf restaurants and Duke University. A box of written directions to local places is provided.
3 The interior art and decor is very professional, tasteful, and probably unlike anything you'll see elsewhere.
4 Monica and Daniel were wonderful hosts, and very respectful of our privacy. We had private parking, a huge great yard with swings, access to many other rooms for dining, media, or just quiet reading. There was high speed Internet and a printer out in the hall.
