The place was very well renovated. the room we had was great, near the brand new pool and was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. The room was very very clean. people were nice and very friendly unlike another hotel down the road. we were very happy and at $49.99 CANT BEAT THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Filthy! Absolutely not recommended. Carpeting was dirty, hair dryer did not work, light switch did not work, garbage everywhere outside. Stayed in non-smoking room, but mattress wreaked of nicotine. The worst palce I have ever stayed in!

Yup, this place isn't clean. I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world so I'm not expecting the Ritz, but I do expect to have a clean room: fresh sheets, vacuumed carpet, decent bathroom. I booked a nonsmoking room and it reeks of cigarettes. The pillowcases smell like someone's perfume and the comforter is stained with I-don't-know-what. The bathroom floor had muddy footprints and the shower curtain is mildewed. It does, however, have free wi-fi, which is a plus, but I had to buy a long extension cord to plug in my laptop. The pool is torn up & emptied out, so no possibility of taking a relaxing dip. Last night there was a thunderstorm and I walked into the lobby this morning to get the continental breakfast - the ceiling was gone in places and buckets covered the floor to catch all the leaks in the ceiling. Clearly the property is not well maintained, and even though the people at the front desk are friendly, I'll try a different hotel next time I'm in town.

Not much to say other than it is a solid hotel at a great price. Free wireless internet, nice continental breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms, safe area.
