I have stayed at this hotel on extended business trips 4 times between June '06 and June '07 and find the hotel to be satisfactory for my long stays. Well located, quiet, and clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything that customers ask about. My room was always kept clean even though the amount of stuff I bring along tends to clutter things up at times. I just make sure to put my things out of the way so they can do their job. It is located near plenty of shopping and eating options. Good access to Ft Bragg's visitor gate.

In May, 2007, I and 4 co-workers were booked for an extended stay (32 days) at this hotel. My company was charged $189.00/night for standard rooms when the rate was only $139.00/night. Of course this was overlooked by the staff until I brought it to there attention. Then, of course, it had already been billed to the corporate card so the Hilton could not reimburse the difference.

During the stay, my room was given away on one occasion which means that @ 12:30am a guest swiped their key-card in my room door and entered my room. The hotel housekeeping crew decided to eat lunch in my room on a Saturday while I was out. They left their dirty dishes scattered about the room. Additionally, housekeeping had also consumed 2/3 of a co-workers bottle of liquor while cleaning his room. Finally, to add insult to injury, the hotel laundry service was, for lack of a better term, pathetic. Clothes would smell and feel as though the industrial strength cleaner was not rinsed and pressed into the clothes. I had to send my laundry back twice in a one week period. Needless to say, I found other means for laundry.

In summary, don't waste your time here. Find somewhere else to go.

This hotel is in a good location near a mall and several places to eat some of which are a short (less than 1/3 mile walk). The rooms are big and the fitness center and pool area are nice. There is free Internet and printing available.

This is a good hotel for about 100, any more than that and it is too much.

I've been going in and out of Fayetteville for 15 years. This is by far the best hotel in the area. It's a little more costly than others, but well worth it. I spend 2 nights a week here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this property.

“Excellent Hotel - Great location”

We enjoyed our stay at the Fayetteville Hilton Garden Inn. We arrived on Christmas day and stayed 2 nights. The room was fairly new and well maintained. Wireless internet was quick, free and painless. The temperature control worked well. The breakfast was excellent and the waitress and cook were both friendly and helpful.

There is an indoor pool and hot tub. I used the hot tub and it worked well although not as hot as I usually like. The lobby is attractive and conducive to using as a "living room" for conversation and meeting with others.

Overall, a great place to stay for a few days.
