Stayed only one night 6 July and paid $77 + taxes. Havelock is not a resort town and there is not much to recommend it. If you are going to stay in Havelock, however, this hotel was good value for money. I booked ahead and arrived at midnight. My room was ready and booking in was smooth and quick.

Good = microwave, fridge, aircon worked, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good décor, cable TV.

Poor = nothing really

Hotel was a Great Value. Stayed June 29th through July 1st 2007 and everyone was nice and Sunday Buffet was great!! Thanks Havelock Holiday Inn.

We just returned from a long weekend to NC and just loved our stay at the Havelock Holiday Inn. Right from the start we felt like family as we were warmly welcomed by the front desk manager and promptly checked in. We ate in the restaurant upon recommendation from the front desk. The steak was to die for and the blackened catfish was the best I've ever tasted. Our server was also great and since the business was slow that evening he chatted with us quite a bit about the area. I'm sure that even if they were busy we would've received the same great and courteous service. We would definitely stay there again.

Just spent a couple of nights at the hotel. I had a great experience. Check in went very smoothly the staff was great and very friendly. Rooms are in great share and you get close to 70-80 channels including the Golf Channel and HBO. One of the best TV selections I have ever seen. I hung out in the bar and ate at the restaurant. I think this is the only hotel in town with a bar and restaurant. Great atmosphere and very good food.

Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

This hotel was great! I had an excellent stay here...the staff was friendly and kind. The rooms have been recently renovated so the hotel is in great shape. The restaurant was nice and the bar had a good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
