A wonderfully clean and very accommadating hotel. Staff very friendly. Hotel has just remodeled and is in great shape. Are adding an indoor pool but not yet finished.
I diffinetely would recommend this hote. Nice big beds, fluffy duvets and the mattress is pretty good.
A great antique mall really close by. Breakfast is O.K. but the coffee is great.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Hendersonville in early September 2007. Only two of the four floors were available for occupancy due to continued renovations at the property. Signage in the lobby and on the Hilton family of hotels website clearly stated the hotel is "under extensive renovation." The room we had was newly renovated with all new furniture, bedding, decor. The entire hotel is now non-smoking. The room included a nice desk work area with high-speed internet connection. There is also a computer in the lobby which is free to use for access to the internet. Our room charge (around $110) included a nice breakfast - cereals, danishes, microwavable sandwiches and waffles, as well as fresh fruit. The front desk staff, breakfast crew, etc. were very friendly and helpful.

I spent one night at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. I expected a regular Hampton Inn, ok but nothing special but was I wrong. It took literally 5 minutes to check in. I asked the desk clerk if she had any bottled water and she happily turned over 2 bottles.

The room was on the third floor and had been completely remodeled. The bedding was upgraded to a large mattress with a plush duvet and multiple pillows. A redwood desk and closet was built in with good lighting and free internet connection in the room. I do wish that they would have upgraded the TV though.

The bathroom was nicely remodeled as well with shelving to hold the towels.

At breakfast we were greated by a very cheerful gentleman who assisted us with knowing what was available and how to use the microwave. He also cleared our plates for us.

Check out was also a breeze and the clerk wasn't even flustered when we asked to divide the bill up and put it on 2 different cards.

I would stay at this hotel again in a second.

I booked this room on the company website in April for a one night stay in early June. The front desk clear was by herself and had to call her boss to get a computer error fixed.
When we arrived, the hotel was under renovations. Dusty and messy everywhere. I had requested two adjoining rooms with two queen beds per room. the room rate was $159.00 PLUS taxes! Over $170.00 per room! Our rooms were not what we had requested. We had only two beds for five of us ( teenager hates to share) so they dragged out a roll away which we had to take upstairs ourselves. The room was clean, but very noisy from the highway. At 1:30 a bunch of wild party goers cam tromping down the halls and proceeded to make noise all night. A call to the front desk did not take care of the noise. Crazy! Breakfast is one step up from awful- microwavable pancakes and waffles, cold cereal,s toast, muffins and yogurt and fruit. Our rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Too bad the walls are paper thin.
Save your money. This place needs some more staff and better a lower rate for all you have to put up with.
