I'm am currently a Chef. I have eaten at Marrakesh multitudes of times and consider myself a regular. The staff is kind, courteous, and the food it is damn good!!! Many people do not understand that kitchens are very hot places to work. Kitchens usually range from 100-120 degrees. how could you not sweat?!?! With being said they have a clean kitchen and great food!! I just thought that " dripping sweat" was a low blow to Marrakesh and had to defend them!!! FYI imagine what happens in some closed kitchens.....you don't want to know... !
