Broad Creek Quest Quarters is a quiet and laid back resort with plenty of things to do. For instance, there's golf, tennis, a gym, restaurant, hugh marina, pool, whirlpool, sauna, hikeing, ect. I thought their would be a problem with my dog because he is a 75 pound retriever who loves to swim. On the property is a boat ramp to launch boats, so I suppose if you have a boat you can bring it with you, but there is a pier and ramp where my dog could actually get in and out of the water on his own. This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on, because my dog, who I love very much had a great time, and felt at home. Our caretakers Peg and Harold are very hospitable and will help you with any of your requests, and they are a lovely couple. I would highly reccommend Broad Creek for pet owners with concerns about where to stay with there four legged friends.

Staying at a Broad Creek Guest Quarters is like going over to visit friends who have a really nice extra condo apartment! The Proprietors, Peg and Harold make sure all details are taken care of right down to breakfast the next morning! They also greet you with a lovely welcome packet complete with gym and pool passes as well as area guides for things to do.
My fiancée and I enjoy our stay at Broad Creek so much we stay there every time we are in New Bern, which amounts to about twice a year. Aside from the beautiful decorations, cleanliness of the rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful proprieters, and natural beauty that is new Bern, we love staying at Broad Creek because we can bring our large dog with us for a nominal pet fee. For people that own pets and that travel you know how important it is to have your animal with you in a safe and comfortable environment! Coady loves it! He can lounge around on the nice cool tiles in the summer or "hang out" on one of the fabulously decorated porches in the winter!
Broad Creek Guest Quarters is a relaxing and wonderful place to stay I would recommend for anyone whether they spend one night or a whole week (lucky you)!

The Home away from home. Exceptional southern hospitiality. You can golf, play a game of tennis, swim, sail, play putt-putt, ride your bike and excercise and let's not forget the reason most people want to get away.........RELAX. The continential breakfast was perfect for us. Peg and Harold are very polite and friendly. You can have it all in one spot. Very kid-friendly too.

My wife and I had the most marvelous getaway at the Broad Creek Guest Quarters Resort. The accommodations were excellent and Peg and Harold, the Proprietors, made sure our stay was perfect. They are very friendly people and extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding New Bern area. In fact, we loved New Bern so much we bought a retirement property with hopes of settling there within the next 3 years.

Broad Creek Guest Quarters Resort is a beautiful and relaxing area with great facilities and activities such as a pool, golf, and tennis. We just loved taking walks in the evening at the onsite marina. The sunsets there are fantastic and very romantic. (See the photo).
