I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last weekend. I travel quite often and I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences in a hotel. The hotel itself is really great and has so many amenities offered to all guests. The rooms are great, very clean with a fridge, microwave and everything you would need to cook dinner. There is also 2 grills outside if you feel like cookingout which is great too! There is a computer center, pantry with plenty of options that are all reasonably priced along with a laundry facility that is free! To top it off, the manager, Ken Hardy was truly wonderful. He bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. He offered us movies to watch as they offer a wide selection. Ken was a prime example of a truly caring manager. It was really great to see someone be so kind to everyone he encountered and to make sure everything was perfect for every guest that walked through that door. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area and I can't wait to visit again.

Booked it because of the good reviews and was very happy with choice. We stayed overnight for a soccer tournament and wanted a basic but nice hotel and this one was perfect. Rooms are nice and Ken at the front desk was great...genuinely nice and helpful. 2 blocks away from Crabtree Mall (really nice) made it easy to waste some time before dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Free parking, Wi-Fi and coffee make it an even better deal.

We used this hotel as the base of operations for a meeting in the city... we had four different reservations with different people's names on them and we changed gears several times with what we needed, all of which the front desk managed without a blink. One person's room smelled smokey and he was cheerfully re-accommodated. Without exception the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds in this hotel were also really comfortable and -- although as a previous poster mentioned the land nearby looks like a tornado hit it, the hotel property itself is surrounded by pine trees and very quiet.

I also have to echo a previous mention of the miniscule signs... I missed the driveway the first time around and only on the last day figured out the front entrance which lets out into the driveway of an apartment complex. Any reason the signs are so small?

I am so happy to see we were able to accommodate your group so well as your "base of operations". We certainly pride ourselves on Guest Service. We are a 100% non-smoking hotel and charge persons who smoke to keep it that way. I apologize one of our rooms had a slight smoke odor, we do our best to combat this situation. I am glad our team was able to rectify that inconvenience. As for your "signage question"...I agree and it is something we have been doing our best to work with the city to improve our signage and stay within the city specifications on allowed signage.

Thank you for your wonderful review!

Th place is nice but needs better management and cleaner rooms....

I apologize if you feel Management did not take care of you during your 2 stays with us however; I was aware that on your first visit you left perishable items behind in the freezer which were returned to you by the Asst. Manager as you requested and I confirmed you did receive 500 IHG Reward points (good faith), because some items were frozen which apparently ruined your left behind food items. I also understood you received a complimentary upgrade upon your return from my Weekend Manager as an additional compensation from your dissatisfaction. We (the entire team), pride ourselves in taking care of our guests and I feel you were more than fairly compensated. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience you feel you experienced.

Sincerely,
