My daughter got married in August and we had 14 rooms booked for our guests. The rooms wonderful, large, clean, airy. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool is small, but lovely. Overall, the hotel more than exceeded our expectations. We would highly reccommend the Holiday Inn Express to anyone.

This hotel is only a couple of years old, and I have stayed here several times before. However, on my latest visit, I was disappointed to see that it too is going downhill. Here's why:
1. The biggest problem is the staff. One front desk clerk looked like a gangster, and walked around "rapping" - not a professional image and not one that makes the weary traveler comfortable. I caught the other clerk in a questionable Instant Message exchange (I'll just leave the description as questionable) while he was playing on the internet. He ran back and forth between the front desk and the computer to catch the phone as it rang.
2. The place is dirty. Breakfast food wrappers at the computer desk, syrup residue left in the breakfast area, questionable substances in the guest room.

The place overall is ok. But it seems it is very poorly managed and "guest service" is not the mentality here. I'd go somewhere else.
