We stayed for 3 nights in January, despite minimal number of guests, hotel maintains all the services you expect of a brand name hotel. Rooms warm and cosy, decorated with arctic explorer history drawings/stories (could be noisy if there were more guests - I believe the hotel is a relocated kit building from an Olympic village, and the walls are fairly thin.) Bathrooms are a moulded kit building style Ate dinner in the restaurant and got great service - we were the only diners.. eating in is not that expensive when considering a taxi ride of 500metres cost $US15, but it was -35 outside. Only glitch was despite 24hr night and no reason to get up early, the breakfast buffet will be quickly moved away at 10am, no matter if any one still wants it - I guess they are prepering for the lunchtime rush!
