Stayed at this B and B and was treated like the only guest, they engaged in conversation and were very helpful when it came to knowing the best places to go.

The room was gorgeous like something you would find in a 5* hotel, it was very clean and well finished.

the breakfast was also amazing, they ask you what you want and cook it as if you are there personal guest staying in their home.

had a fantastic time and would return.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the smaller rooms (those with a sea view were already booked). Room was attractive, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (with vegetarians catered for). Owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

What more can you ask for in a Bed and Breakfast? Great hosts, a warm and hearty breakfast to start your day and a view of the English Channel that is positively breathtaking.

We stayed at Hastings House for 12 days and each morning started with opening the shades and taking in the English Channel. After that we went to the dining room where our hosts, Seng and Elisabeth Loy then made us a traditional English breakfast that kept us going strong until lunch.

We had our nine-year-old daughter with us and she felt comfortable and safe enough to stay in our room while my wife and I went out shopping for a couple of hours. In fact, our daughter got sick while we were there and Seng and Elisabeth were extremely helpful. They made homemade vegetable soup for her and made sure she was comfortable. They even offered to make lunch for her one day because she could not get outside.

Seng's recommendations for places to see and restaurants were all wonderful. He was also very helpful making arrangements for taxis and train tickets.

Our trip started in Paris and the hotel we stayed at was very nice. However, the size of the room, the view out the window, and especially the service at hastings House was far superior.
