I stayed at this beautiful guest house last week.
Having stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years i notice the little things and attention to detail when i stay somewhere new.
The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are 5 star and the choice of breakfasts are something you would expect at a top class hotel restaurant.
The host Chris is a true character with extensive knowledge of the local area which i found very useful.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Essex area.
