I popped in as I have on many occasions for a late breakfast. Having previously enjoyed the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon I ordered it again. Service was slow and I sat and watched as my apple juice sat on a tray on the counter despite my daughters smoothie having arrived some 5 minutes earlier. There were many staff and it was not busy, I eventually went and collected the drink myself.
When the food arrived the eggs were over done and rubbery and the bacon was not crispy as stated on the menu. Being pregnant and completely ravenous I ate half the food but really couldn't stomach any more. I don't like to make a fuss but when the waitress returned she asked if everything was okay as I had left half my food, I pointed out why and she apologised.
I saw her speak immediately to the owner of the establishment who apparently could not have cared less. He did not come over and speak to me, I was presented with the bill which I paid and left. I used to love this place, going in weekly for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea with my daughters. Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service and as a result have not been back since.

Thank you very much for posting your comments. Our business thrives on all feedback from our customer that are both positive & negative. I can assure you I would have immedeiately looked to appease you if I was made aware of a problem.
Going forward we have had a major review of downstairs and upstairs procedures following your feedback. I have sent you a gesture directly to hopefully woo you and your family back to T&T in the near future!?
