What a fantastic Hotel - we were given a recommendation to stay and they weren't wrong. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff very attentive and friendly. We will certainly be staying again. Once of the best Hotels we have stayed in for a long time, nothing was too much trouble.

This was a great little hotel set in a very central location. The staff were brilliant and the rooms very clean which makes a nice change these days. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a holiday in the wonderful New Forest. You won't find a better hotel in the area.

We booked two double rooms and arrived to be offered one of the hotels cottages for no extra cost. We had a fabulous stay with the luxury of lots of extra space.

The breakfasts were really excellent, plenty of choice and particularly good veggie fry up.

The cottage was really clean and beds very comfortable and firm.

We hope to be going back in the autumn.

This was the worse hotel experience ever. My advice would be to save yourself a small fortune and sleep on the pavement instead, as this hotel is situated on the kerbside of a very busy main road with constant traffic throughout the night.
Their website is very cunningly misleading - be warned.
