I have stayed at Ward Farm with my partner and recently went back with a friend in tow as we had a function to go to in nearby Ludlow. After our first visit, I knew this would be the best place to stay in the area. The owners, Juliet and Richard, and their family are very hospitable and generous.
Ward Farm is hidden away amid acres of greenery. The rooms are immaculate and well stocked with organic products and ample tea and coffee supplies.
Juliet keeps a well stocked information pack in each room which is brilliant if you know nothing about the local area! the rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and the decór is very soothing! Views from all of the rooms are wonderful, and there is nothing better than waking up to the sounds of farm animals waking up too!
A very warm welcome is on the cards upon arrival, and Juliet has the kettle on and a slice of cake out for you as soon as you want it, which is ususally pretty soon after a long drive! Breakfasts are brilliant too - lots of options and if you are a emat eater you have the added bonus of knowing that your bacon has come straight from the farm!
I'm certain I will stay here again in the future, either with my partner or a friend or relative.
