I got this hotel after a bid on Priceline. I have gotten a "Priceline Room" at other places, but this hotel takes the cake. First, they assigned me a room for the "hearing impaired" as noted on the door number sign. This room shared a wall with the in-house laundry which I realized would be noisy in the morning so I got changed to another room, which seemed fine. The next morning I realized that the bath tub didn't have a water spout, only a water tube protruding from the wall. With no diverter valve, I couldn't take a shower, so I had to do a tub bath. When I asked to be switched for my second night, they told me they only had smoking rooms available. I complained to Priceline about this treatment, and they sent me a voucher for my next stay. Maybe regular customers will get better rooms, but I wouldn't bid on a 2-star in Oklahoma City again for fear of being assigned to this place. Otherwise, the room seemed clean although the dishes weren't completely clean and I washed them before using them. There were no pots and pans in the room so I had to go to the front desk for those. The location was decent and quiet. Overall below average impression of this property.
