Booked on the cheap using Priceline. It is right off the highway and you can see the sign from there.
The service was really pretty good, they were training a new employee when I checked in, so I could forgive the few extra minutes it took. What really shocked me were the great pieces of furniture in the room. Great dark-wood beds and tables. Plus there was a lot of space for such an inexpensive place. Even a family could spread out.
The room was clean and well cared for, not run down at all. The bathrooms were nice and clean and spacious as well. Only the hallway/elevator looked worn-in, but not dirty. All of the typical Best Western stuff can be expected plus a tad more. The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays with a big tree and lights.
The only problem I saw was the parking lot layout. It doesn't allow for the easiest of access, especially if it gets full, so make sure to drop off your bags BEFORE parking. It'll probably be safer too, as I could see a long walk to the door happening.
The hotel was completely handicapped accessible, but there was a little walk to the elevator.
The elevator worked well, and I saw the cleaning crew in the morning, always a good sign. I say go for it, it's not a destination spot, but good for a night's sleep at the very least.

First I will start with the plus. The customer service on the phone when i book this hotel was great along when we got lost the directions were perfect. Started when we first entered the room. someone had left the heat on high and was blazing hot in the room. The smell of urine in the bathroom and throughout the room was perfect if you were in a nursing home. The toilet would not flush very well and got plugged up twice. i went to front desk to ask for a plunger or maintenence/housekeeping to come to my room it was about 8:30 at night and the agent said if i go talk to this man in the bar who was off shift he might be able to get a plunger for me, so i did and was succesfull with that task. two hours later and minimal paper the toilet was plugged up again. I was only at the hotel until about 6:00 am with going to bed at around 12:30 am so i went to the bathroom in the lobby. At 4:00am my crew and i started taking our showers and the first person in the shower after about 30 seconds of being in the shower it sounded like a shotgun going off and the whole room vibrated so i go in the bathroom and the shower head had blown of and water squirting everywhere. So needless to say my experience was not a pleasant one. the front desk agent could care less. Okay with one more positive note (not)i thought that the full breakfast started at 6:00 (front agent said it started at 6:00am the night before). My whole crew get fully ready and head downtairs. Full breakfast doesnt start until 7:00am onSaturday.
