We very much enjoyed our stay at the Old Parkdale Inn. Mary is an amazing cook. The rooms are very spacious and private. The personal touches that are left everywhere you look make you feel like you are at home! We plan to visit again next year!

We had excellent time there this holiday. We had such joyful conversations with Mary, enjoyed her yummy home-made breakfast every morning and had great time skiing at Mt. Hood. Discounted lift tickets
to Mt. Hood Meadows for staying at the Old Parkdale Inn was the added benefit as well.
We loved it so much and will definitely come back to stay with Mary, Steve and Tilly (their lovely dog) again and again!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Old Parkdale Inn. The inn's setting is spectacular--it seems like you can touch Mount Hood from her front porch. The rooms are thoughtfully and warmly decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped with niceties such as a microwave, fridge, and a few dishes to make one feel at home.
The house is cozy, and the town of Parkdale is nice and small. There is a brewpub (only option for food in town) a few steps from the inn that serves good beer and decent food.
Mary was very hospitable, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We visited after the year's first snowstorm, so we did not spend much time at the inn after breakfast or in the evening; however, it appeared that the grounds were nice and would have been a good location for lounging on a warmer evening.
Overall, the experience and the accommodations were above our expectations. This inn is a fabulous base for exploring the Mount Hood area that surrounds it.

My girlfriend and I stayed here one night. We arrived after boarding all day and left at about nine the next day. They were very classy, like hosts at a pleasant party in the country. They accomodated my gf's vegetarian needs at breakfast and were just attentive without being overbearing in the best possible way.
The room was very comfortable and big even with our gear.
The other thing is, I never thought I was a bed & breakfast person and they've made me a convert.

Really enjoyed Old Parkdale Inn. We stayed in the Gaugin Room, with extremely comfy bed and tiny porch that made you feel like you were in a tree house. The views of Mt. Hood from her front porch are awesome. Quiet little town in the orchard part of Oregon south of Hood River. There’s a microwave and little fridge in the room. The other 2 rooms have larger kitchen facilities but this was sufficient for our needs. She also has a laptop available in the dining area for use by the guests. That was a nice touch that I welcomed.
Mary is so hospitable! As is her wonderful dog, Tilly. Nice, filling breakfasts. Very helpful with directions, suggestions. Parking is no problem. You can use the church lot right next to the property. Enjoy! We’d stay there again.
