We booked this hotel for a getaway weekend when we were unable to find any available hotel rooms in the city of Pittsburgh for the weekend. Even though the website said there were no available king rooms, the front desk was able to grant our request by calling them before we got there. We were given a room on the concierge level which was extremely quiet and relaxing. We had dinner at the hotel the first evening and were extremely pleased with our dinner and our waitress. After being gone most of the second day and coming back late in the evening from the city, we could see that there were a couple of functions still going on. We never heard any sounds from these functions or in the hallway. The beds are extremely comfortable (we are big fans of the Westin's Heavenly beds) and we were very pleased with the entire hotel. We ordered breakfast in our room the last morning - it was just ordinary; but it was better than rushing down to the dining room to eat. We will definitely be back.
