That the service in this restaurant is spotty, as one reviewer stated, is an understatement if I ever heard one. The food is above average, there's no question of that, but the service is [--] poor. Members of my family and I went to eat there yesterday and were treated very rudely by the attendant. When it came time to give us our bill, he stood before us while we were counting our money, making all of us nervous... When I gave him a $5 tip on a $35 dinner, a very adequate tip, I think, after counting it through in front of our faces, he complained that we didn't give him enough. I added a few more dollars, shaken up a bit by his statement, and he left, without leaving any of the usual after-dinner extras like an orange or fortune cookies. No thank you... nothing.
I came up to the manager or the person that I thought was the manager and complained of the rude service and she looked at me like I was talking in a foreign language. She did nothing. It was unbelievable. The most clueless restaurant staff I've ever experienced.
I'm never returning back here and I caution everyone to never come here either. This restaurant is the pits. Hopefully they'll close soon.
