I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Indigo Inn. It was so unique and epitomized everything I loved about Charleston. From the lovely furnishings, and beautiful garden courtyard with fountains, to the helpful and friendly staff. I delighted in hunt breakfast and evening refreshments in the courtyard and was very comfortable in my room.

We stayed two nights at the Indigo Inn a couple of weeks ago (March) and absolutely loved it! The staff is fantastic, particularly two of the gentleman who operate the front desk. Each went out of his way to help us with questions we had (finding a laudromat, how long it would take to drive somewhere) and items we needed to borrow; for instance, we needed to ship something, and the gentleman helped us package our item.

We're not drinkers, so we did not participate in the wine and cheese that is available in the lobby each evening, but they definitely put out a nice looking spread. We did take advantage of their having beverages available at all hours though. You just walk up and pour yourself a cup of coffee, lemonade, or iced tea. What a nice touch!

Our room was very spacious. We had a nice seating/lounging area with a sofa, chair, and coffee table. The bathroom is separated from the living space by french doors, which made it very easy to get ready while my husband was still sleeping.

We loved Charleston so much that we anticipate returning some day, and I know we'll stay at Indigo Inn again.

Once again, another great stay. We booked for ourselves and my inlaws - they loved it as well. Very clean and quiet. Great location right near the market area. Parking on site. Nice breakfast included. Love the courtyard - an inviting place to sit out, without having to leave the inn. Have stayed in a number of other places in Charleston in the past - Indigo Inn is by far the best - I am already booking two other trip there.

We just returned from Charleston and then St Augustine. Want to thank trip advisor as always for helping me plan trip, love this site. The indigo Inn was wonderful. The rooms were charming with plenty of space, very clean and Charlestonish if that's a word. The courtyard is beautiful even though it was freezing cold when we were there, I just bundled up and sat there amongst the floweres, trees and lovely fountain. Breakfast every morning in the lobby was great, big silver trays to take your food to room or courtyard . Always fresh fruit, ham biscuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea cocoa, and the greatest pastries, AND MUCH MORE. The parking was right behind the inn, The location couldn't have been better, despite the cold weather we could walk anywhere to see this beautiful city. Before dinner they also had complimentary red and white wine, cheese, crackers, dips, fruit displayed beautifully A very nice beginning to go out to dinner. The lobby is small but still room to sit and talk to other quests. No request to management was too unimportant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You could tell they loved their city and were all very knowagable. I would reccommend this Inn to anyone and will surely go their again, only later next time as it was so cold but who can predict the weather?

we got the brochure for this inn from the SC Welcome Center, and were extremely happy with our stay. Price was fabulous {Sun and Mon nights}; but it is the staff that really shine at this place.

Everyone was very nice, cordial, and happy to help with any request. I would hope to visit again and again. You won't be disappointed here.
