I had the fortunate opportunity to stay at the Jameson Inn, Cheraw, SC for 3 months due to a work assignment in the area. I found the accommodations clean, comfortable and cost effective. The Jameson Inn offered a variety of continential breakfast items from cold cereals to hot waffles. Every evening, in the lobby area, there was hot coffee, hot tea and fresh baked cookies to snack on. There is also a computer in the lobby for use. The only thing that I would suggest is that they provide another computer and connect a printer to the computers so customers can print out things from the internet. Other than that, the housekeepers were careful in making sure that your room was cleaned to your satisfaction. The concierges extended themselves by making sure that everything was well with your room. They were execellent in seeing that you received your mail each day. If anything wasn't working in your room, even if the cable went out due to weather, they made sure that they fixed it, replaced it or called to have it repaired. Spending the amount of time as I did at the Inn, I got to experience all levels of services provided. I can honestly say that the services from being to end was exceptional. Also, the pool, excerise room, pool side seating and leisure seating by the breakfast area made the Inn even more attractive to its customers. If I am ever in Cheraw, SC again, Jameson Inn would be the place where I would stay. Kudos to the Jameson Inn.
