Went on a Sunday night after spending the day at Carowinds. Restaurant was obviously understaffed. About three different people took our orders and brought us food and drinks. Buffet was not stocked quickly. We waited for mashed potatoes the entire time and it never came. The party next to us said they'd been waiting over an hour. They were about to walk out when their food finally showed up. The server apologized and I think offered to comp some food. I understand being understaffed but the restaurant itself was maybe half full. They could have been a little more on the ball.
